Form to Frequency

Swamiji, I am realizing how my focus on the external manifested as a very rigid understanding and expectations of myself and others. For example, my desire to make my life Vedic, and thinking that everyone else should also live a Vedic life, but focusing on the external aspects of Vedic living. Connecting more with Kailasa is showing me how Vedic living is a frequency, with the sciences being internal practices that manifest as alignment externally.

Ask Nithyananda: Conversations with the Guru

Nithyanandam Swamiji. Seeking your blessings and guidance to share our exchanges on my webpage where I publish my songs and writings.

Nithyanandam.

Listen intensely, Laura. I see you — you have already broken through your fear of being seen on social media, and now you are wanting to take the next step: making our exchanges part of your public creative offering. This is a beautiful evolution.

About the Artist

Born beneath the scenic foothills of the Rocky mountains into a family of guitarists, song leaders and hymn lovers, absorbing four part harmonies every Sunday morning, music was encoded into my very being.

Always feeling called to sing, taught myself to play guitar when I was 19, after which time I began to share the songs I loved with others. The encouragement and emotional movement inspired me to express more.
